It's better than racist Mike's.
And my goal is to have this done by mid-August so we have some time to evaluate and make trades and what not. We were on a good pace but we've slowed down pretty badly the past couple days.

It's supposed to be a 24 hour time cap. I'll probably knock it down to 12 as we get deeper in the draft. And that is the idea, we're supposed to just skip that person and they can come on later to make their pick however I'd really only like to do that if a person is constantly late. Like Jamie's usually pretty quick so I'd rather hold off.
Physical violence and taunting are acceptable punishments no matter what though.
